Sky Bingo Bonus funds are non-withdrawable funds given to a player as a sign up bonus, chat game credit or as a promotional credit.
A player will see two balances when they are logged into the Bingo lobby:
- Cash Balance (deposits and winnings)
- Bingo Bonus Balance (bonus funds)
When you receive a bonus, it is paid into your Bingo Bonus Balance.
Funds in the bingo bonus balance can only be used to buy bingo tickets and can never be withdrawn as cash.
Bonus Funds cannot be used to play mini games in the bingo rooms.
A player's bingo bonus balance will always be used to buy bingo tickets before a player's cash balance.
Winnings from tickets purchased with bingo bonus funds will be credited to your Cash Balance.
Bonus funds may expire (after the date specified for any given promotion) or be retrieved (if there is no activity on an account for a given period).
Any ticket purchases made using bonus funds will appear in My Account with a zero cash balance. Clicking on the details tab will show that these tickets have been purchased using funds from your Bingo Bonus Balance.
Your Bingo bonus Balance will only be displayed in the Bingo Lobby and not on skybingo.com's "My Account" section.
Please note that Bingo Bonus Codes can only be entered in the lobby area of the Bingo game online and not whilst playing via the red button through a SKY set top box.
